We are looking for candidates who are passionate about leading structural design—able to handle multiple competing assignments at once—organized and willing to think outside the box to find the best approach to every challenge. Strong intrapersonal and interpersonal communication skills are an absolute must as this role will work with both internal and external teams alike. The right candidate will have extensive knowledge of structural design (different building materials, building codes, engineering calculations and software, etc.) with an attitude that learning is never complete. We are looking for a leader and mentor, not just another engineer—so you must have the ability to lead a team and pass knowledge down to developing staff. Experience in the design of buildings to resist blast loads as well as progressive collapse, is a benefit. Multiple Openings.
