This urban redevelopment of an underutilized area included teaming with a local developer to transform their previous downtown site. The program includes a 30 story tower, a 10 story tower, and a 10 story precast parking deck. Tower 1 includes 20 stories of residential over 10 stories of parking, and Tower 2 includes eight stories of office over two stories of retail and a basement. With the majority of the site taken by building footprint, large outdoor terrace spaces are included at various levels as well as the roof of the connector between the two towers.
