Physicians’ Clinic of Iowa (PCI) is a 79-provider multi-specialty group of medical and surgical
specialists serving the healthcare needs of Eastern Iowa. The client, with five Cedar Rapids locations, envisioned a state-of-the art ambulatory care facility that consolidated the existing medical office buildings and ancillary services into one location.

The result is this 3 story, 200,000 SF steel-framed medical mall containing several clinics, specialty centers, laboratories, an imaging center, diagnostic testing spaces, a pharmacy, an education center, screening spaces, tenant spaces, and a full-service cafe. The building has a cast-in-place concrete foundation with a structural steel framing system, and the exterior features natural stone, brick veneer, metal wall panels, and a structural curtain wall system.
