School’s in! This 220,000 SF year-round middle school serves nearly 1,600 6th to 8th graders in a growing suburb of Raleigh.The building includes a three-story classroom wing and plentiful collaborative spaces include a theater and two separate gymnasiums. Careful design of the common areas and classrooms ensure limited distractions between students on different teams and reduced ambient corridor noise. And no school would be complete without a light-filled media center, centrally located cafeteria, or specialized elective spaces for band, dance, chorus, and more!

The project also won a 2021 Community Appearance Award by the town of Knightdale, NC for the amazing campus transformation, great streetscape, and powerful learning environment for students.
