LM has long partnered with NC State on dozens of renovations and new buildings on the campus that sits just minutes from our Raleigh headquarters. So when renovations were needed to support Wolfpack athletics and student athletes, we said, “Go Pack!” and jumped in!

In the Dail Basketball Center, a 33,000 SF renovation was done to house athletics administration, weight training, and equipment,; sports information, satellite sports medicine, men’s basketball offices, and locker rooms, training facilities, and office space for multiple other sports and coaching staff. And because no stone, or stinky sock was left unturned, a 2,000 SF addition now houses the equipment room and laundry.

The Case Athletics Building was renovated into an Athletic Support Programs center with 8,000 SF of offices, study areas, and a computer lab. We also expanded the vestibule and added an elevator.

Reynolds Coliseum was up next and this 100,000 SF building renovation included basement-level locker rooms for women’s basketball, softball, volleyball, gymnastics, visiting teams and coaches plus sports medicine, weight training, equipment room and equipment storage. At the Arena level, renovations created offices for women’s basketball, volleyball, gymnastics, softball, golf and building manager, plus women’s basketball competition and practice courts, women’s volleyball competition floor, a new lighting system, a 33,000 SF new hardwood gymnasium floor, and portable bleacher systems.
