Virginia Beach’s first beachfront apartment high rise soars 17 stories and delivers 250,000 SF of luxury oceanside living and resort-style amenities. 36 different studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom floorplans maximize liveability and capture the best beachfront living views.

The developer proposed a unique challenge on this project – most of the site had piles driven 8 years prior for a hotel development that lost funding and they had a goal of reducing the number of piles required for the new apartment building by approximately 40% by re-using the existing piles. Lynch Mykins worked closely with the architect to design a column grid that met this goal as well as the programing requirements to meet proforma. In the end, we delivered the goal for the client and the project.

An on-site restaurant, luxury health club, club room for entertaining, high-end gameroom, dog washing room, rooftop spa-inspired plunge pool, bar & grill complete the project.
