Nick Sparks, PE
Senior Project Engineer/Hank’s Dog Dad (office fave pup)

Nick is not a novelist! This Nick Sparks is a structural engineer and avid outdoorsman, spending his free time hunting, fishing, camping and woodworking! He’s crazy about calculations at Lynch Mykins, seeing and understanding the fine details that go into the whole project to make it all come together successfully. Nick has designed a wide variety of building types including mass timber. His advice to emerging engineers is to understand load paths and ask questions early and often.

Nick loves country music and traveling to the mountains where there’s an abundance of opportunities to be in nature, hike, make fires, and camp. In fact, his first job was camp counselor at Boy Scout Camp. A “Super Dad” of daughters, along with his super adorable goldendoodle Hank, we’re sure he was the “Top Gun” of Boy Scout Camp leaders! Get to know Nick even better by asking to see a picture of his hair from high school. Hubba hubba!
