Mykola Kyrychuk, EIT
Senior Design Engineer/Skyline Creator

Ever wondered what it takes to build a skyscraper? For Mykola, it’s a mix of precision, creativity, and just the right amount of problem-solving magic. Since moving to the U.S. in 2007, he’s been hooked on the art of engineering, shaping skylines with projects that soar up to 50 stories.

With a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design, Mykola has tackled everything from residential and mixed-use buildings to high-rise towers. His favorite? A 34-story concrete tower—challenging, complex, and an unforgettable experience. His best advice for young engineers? Find balance. Work hard, but don’t forget to enjoy life.

When he’s not working hard in the office, You’ll find Mykola out in the wild—hiking through national parks, running, or perfecting his latest culinary creation. Mountains in the fall, lakes in the summer, beaches in the winter—he’s got a go-to adventure for every season.
