Grounded and gregarious, Harnish is equal parts people person and structural professional. Collaborative and unflappable, he also has a near-eidetic memory and can recall details whenever needed and believes that proactive communication is the key to teamwork. He loves seeing academic design concepts turned into real-world projects–from tunnels to towers.

Outside LM, Harnish practices Yoga and Meditation, plays volleyball, and sings! He loves the mountains in the rain and the sound of rushing water. How zen!
