Sure, like so many others, Dale dreamed of being a professional bowler when he was young but we’re glad he discovered a love of structural design while in school in Wisconsin. He loves how many different ways a design challenge can be solved–and using his mind (and all the BIM tech at his disposal) to visualize the solutions.

As one of our resident pranksters and agents of fun, Dale created “Wacky Shirt Wednesday” and has taken to customizing funny shirts for people’s birthdays. He loves motorsports (specifically drag racing) photography along with watching F1 and NASCAR.

Fun fact about Dale: he’s a dual citizen of both the US and the Czech Republic (where his mom grew up). He’s likely sipping on a Jack & Coke during happy hour and Taylor Swift is the love of his life. He’s even going across the globe to see her in Austria. Next time you see him, ask him why he was named Dale!
