So what’s it like to work at LM? Everyone has a voice and everyone is heard. Our culture is about family, fun, and authenticity. It’s about no assholes (we even put that on the wall), workload balancing meetings, foosball/darts/ping pong, truly famous holiday parties, and Friday lunch crews.
