Horseshoe RTP is a key component of the Hub RTP masterplan, bringing together office, retail, and structured parking in a dynamic mixed-use environment. Spanning 290,000 SF across five stories, the development features 100,000 SF of office space and 30,000 SF of retail, designed as core and shell for future tenants. Our team provided full structural design and construction documents for the office building, two retail structures, and a 160,000 SF precast parking deck. With a forward-thinking approach, we incorporated provisions for the parking structure’s future expansion, ensuring seamless integration as the project grows to its full 450,000 SF build-out.
