Scott Francis, PE, LEED AP
VP of Engineering Operations/Operations Maestro
Did you get hooked on a career in Statics class? Scott did! 25 years into his career and he’s not just designed amazing structures, but he’s been published multiple times in STRUCTURE magazine. With expertise spanning project management, structural design and forensic investigation, Scott is ideally suited to keep our Engineering Operations humming.

Scott encourages junior colleagues to be curious and take the time to master your craft. Wise words from a natural mentor who is always collaborating across the LM team.

Outside work, Scott is busy with his family and keeping active–from running, hiking, upland bird to hunting, golfing…whew. As self-described National Park nerds the family is always planning their next trip. (Scott’s love of the outdoors and nature makes his LEED AP accreditation make even more sense, doesn’t it?)
