Susan heads up the LM Greensboro office where she’s equal parts mentor and taking-care-of-business-er. With nearly 2 decades of structural engineering experience, Susan has worked on projects spanning nearly every possible sector–from athletic and entertainment venues to higher ed, K-12, municipal, healthcare…well, you get the picture.

She knew she found the right career when working on the ECU Dowdy-Ficklen East End Zone Addition early in her career. The raker beams were really fun to design and her contributions to the detailing of the concrete members really contributed to the team. Spoken like a true engineer.

Her favorite foods to nosh on include salmon, cheesecake and Mt. Dew–but we’re hoping that isn’t all at the same time. When she’s not engineering, look for her on the beach–especially when there are fewer people in the winter!
