Located across the street from Duke University and blocks from renowned Duke University Hospital, Erwin Terrace was one of the first mixed use developments in the Durham, NC area. The completed 122,000 SF project includes a 5-story, concrete podium, wood-framed apartment building above retail space and another 5-story apartment with 76,402 SF cast-in-place parking deck below.

It is constructed on a sloping site and was designed with composite steel framed floors and open-web bar joist roof construction with brick veneer. It also features balconies and framed courtyard areas surrounding a pool, fitness center and café.
