It’s not just about the size – but this is one big Middle School! Construction is underway on the largest middle school in Central Virginia and we’re proud to be on the team. This $95 million, three-story school is designed to serve the needs of 1,800 students in 250,000+ SF.

Each floor, designed for a specific grade level, will contain classrooms, science labs, conference rooms, teacher workrooms and offices. Central facilities include a 1000-seat auditorium, 650-seat cafeteria, and 1,200 seat gymnasium, locker rooms, auxiliary gym, and music suite. Exploratory wings will house elective space including art, technology, business, world languages, and more.
