Let’s rock! This state-of-the-art, 70,000 SF music venue will help bring the multi-phase, mixed use Downtown South district of Raleigh to life. When complete, the venue–complete with a rooftop lounge–will be able to host 3,500 people for concerts and private events.

Structural steel columns will support long span custom steel trusses/joists over the main auditorium and composite steel framing with concrete topped decking for the mezzanines. As with any modern music venue, structural consideration is given to multi-leveled tiered seating, balcony seating, rigging supports for lights, speakers, curtains, sound “clouds”, catwalks, other specialized performance systems, and other hanging loads from the roof construction.
