The Town of Carrboro, NC in collaboration with Orange County is creating a community-centered, 3-story public facility for education, art, and connection. What was once a parking lot now services the needs of citizens by housing a library, skills development center, performance/multipurpose art center, radio station, and teen center.

An integrated parking deck delivers 170+ car parking spaces and 70 bike parking spots to support vibrant community usage. Plus it’s conveniently located on multiple bus routes to further facilitate usage. Constructed using structural steel framing and cast-in-place concrete, this building is designed to serve generations to come.
