Ricardo is always smiling and lending a helping hand (in the office and at home). In addition to holding AutoCAD and REVIT certifications–he’s a licensed residential contractor! His love of structures started early and he won 1st place in a high school competition for the strongest wooden bridge model. His passion for creating things extends from taking ideas into 3D models to woodworking. His wife says “he can do anything–except give birth!”

A constant ray of sunshine wherever he goes, Ricardo is always bringing the laughs whether he’s winning a wing eating competition or taking on a new drawing. He loves mountain biking, spending time with family, and eating great Cuban food. Ask him how re-creating a Tarzan moment over the tub worked out during his childhood!
