As a child, Mary wanted to design roller coasters (and join the military). Then she started welding at the age of 19 (maybe to help build the next thriller ride?). She took the quality and inspection elements of welding and made a career as a special inspector. She tells younger colleagues there’s no shame in not knowing–we all started green!

Mary is our adrenaline junkie and the life of any party. Her love of family (her own and her LM one) is palpable – from giving the best hugs or leading the party out on the dance floor. She jumps in whenever and wherever she’s needed and when she’s not scouring construction sites you can probably find her outdoors–boating, snowboarding, skiing, shooting, or fishing.
