Eric grew up wanting to be an engineer–but the train-driving kind! His dad worked for a steel erector and a wide-eyed young Eric then fell in love with the idea of building big things. Concrete is his jam, working on high-rise concrete in addition to adaptive reuse and government projects recently.

He resonates most with the Create part of LM – seeing the real, tangible fruits of the team’s labor. He scuba-ed and snorkel-ed his way around Grenada and can memorize and retain song lyrics after only hearing a song a few times. His favorite, after much consideration, would have to be Summertime by Kenny Chesney.Catch Eric, his wife Rachael, and their 100 lb German Shepherd “baby” around town, out hiking, or watching sports!
