Darrel is all about creating so it’s no surprise his favorite part of Lynch Mykins’ “Calculate. Collaborate. Create” process is “Create.” He even brings this passion home when he works on designing and building his own longboards.

Darrel’s many interests range from stocks to traveling to music. Stocks can be a high-stake strategy hobby that (hopefully) makes money to travel to his next bucket-list country. When you see him next, ask about when he traveled to Egypt! His favorite food is sandwiches. “You can never go wrong with it, with the variety of sandwich types, you can eat one for every single meal.” You may be surprised to know Darrel is a master of focus and Lynch Mykins’ reigning hula-hoop champion. He can hula for hours!

His advice to a fellow colleague is to not be afraid to ask questions. Always have ideas of your own when you’re stuck, but asking smart questions is the absolute best way to learn and grow in building information modeling.
