Sebastian (or Seabass as he is affectionately known) is the definition of “collaboration.” Sure, he uses computer-aided design programs to accurately model projects in multiple dimensions. But he’ll also jump in on anything you need – from assembling new office furniture to giving his famous bear hug.

Years ago, Sebastian realized his passion for drawing. Specifically, he enjoyed developing concepts and drawing them from various perspectives. Around the age of eight, Sebastian’s love of art began to focus on design. Salvador Dali, who is known for his innovative and varied approaches to painting and sculpting, is his favorite artist. He flexes his creativity and design skills with his own clothing line (which we proudly rep)!

If you hear an engine revving, it might be Seabass working on his need for speed. He also loves a different kind of driver–breaking out his clubs and playing 18 holes of golf. But, even in his leisure time, he finds himself drawn to technology. While graphic design is an area of particular interest, he also enjoys relaxing with a video game every once in a while. His best advice for a junior colleague would be to “stay motivated and positive even when things get tough. Remember, there is always someone going through a different kind of tough.”
