Even as a kid, Tony was always doodling. His inherent creativity and love of solving problems have served him well throughout his structural engineering career, spanning more than 30 years. His most memorable project was completing a structural survey of Mosquito Pier in Puerto Rico, which included an underwater inspection in the island’s crystal clear waters.

As our CTO, Tony is our technological yoda–ensuring our team not only has the latest and greatest software, tools, and knowledge–but that they also know how to use them.

Tony constantly looks for better and more efficient ways of approaching challenges, and he always strives to tackle any project in or out of work with passion and determination. He tells our junior staff and his own kids that you have to enjoy your work and do the best job you can. He most enjoys spending time with his family, especially when racing and working on their dirt bikes or cooking.
