Anna Lynch, PE
CEO/Crazy Competitive Multitasker

As CEO of Lynch Mykins, Anna leads with a clear mission to build people to build better. She pours her heart and soul into both the LM team and LM clients. Since 2004, she has managed and engineered projects in practically all public- and private-market sectors. But if you ask Anna what the last 20 years have been like, she’ll first say a blast–and then add that being a CEO is what she was born to do and raising buildings and talent is her ultimate calling.

Anna has always had a creative side, first developing her interest in art at age 5. The best part of her job is working with clients to create buildings that truly speak to their visions, changing skylines across the country. But, one of her favorite projects was the polar bear exhibit at the North Carolina Zoo. Everyone she worked with at the zoo was so passionate about helping animals, and the exhibit offered the unique opportunity to learn more about polar bears and the best possible environment for their well being.

When Anna’s not working with her awesome team in the office, you can find her dancing. Name any partner style, and she can dance it: salsa, waltz, foxtrot, east coast swing, tango, samba, hustle – the list goes on and on! She also enjoys reading, paddle boarding, camping, drawing, decorating and spending time with friends. You’ll also find her permanent sidekick, Bentley (a white teacup Pomeranian fluff ball), with her as she checks out the latest local coffee shops, holds staff meetings, or floats down a river (puppy life vest on, of course)!
