Our people-first firm is growing, and we are hiring an Administrative Assistant.  The Administrative Assistant is a vital role that skillfully manages the day-to-day operations of the office and support tasks for the business, ultimately increasing office productivity by allowing the team to be focused on their goals and prepared for anything that comes their way.

Candidate Requirements

The following duties are typical of the position but are not all encompassing

  • Prioritize conflicting demands across multiple departments
  • Manage multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced and changing environment under minimal guidance and direction
  • Greet office visitors and make them feel comfortable both in person and over the phone
  • Must be self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented
  • Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Maintain and organize general office supplies
  • Research and book travel arrangements
  • Keep detailed meeting notes
  • Run errands for the office
  • Data entry into the operating system
  • Must have a positive can-do attitude
  • Willingness to be a team player and work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Deltek
  • Collect and distribute all incoming mail and courier items
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with leadership, other employees, and clients
  • Fee proposals
  • Track and enter projects in Deltek
  • Billings QC’s
